Rome: Total War Skin/Model Designer Deserves Praise!
King Louise Assurbanipal is his name and modding is his game.
Rome: Total War has a huge modding community. I know because I’ve recently emmersed myself in it to try to extend the replayability of a dated game. Well, it worked. Not only have I been playing Rome: Total War a lot more, but I’ve enjoyed attempting to place mods in a game that aren’t easily placed. Nevertheless, because of awesome modders like KLA, it has been a blast.
Since Frank Miller’s 300 was released in theaters, people have been searching tirelessly for some 300 mods for their RTS games. I was, and remain, no exception. Unfortunately, soon after I saw the movie, there wasn’t really a lot that modding communities had to offer. What was even worse was that the only official 300 game was released for the PSP only. Ah, it looked crappy anyway. Luckily, KLA had everyone’s backs. He produced his first 300 skin/model a while ago, basing it on some screenshots released prior to the theatrical release.

Then, on April 5, 2007, he released his updated and refined version of the 300 skin/model for Rome: Total War. This time, he even included a standard 300 spartan skin along with his King Leonidas skin. Notice the difference?

KLA is also repsonsible for a lot of the skins/models for larger mods being provided for the game. He is one of the most popular modders in the RTW community and, in my opinion, the most talented.
Finally, I can relive the movie over and over again until its release on DVD!

Gamers, prepare for glory!
