I am experiencing the same problem but I do not have the Vista Installation disk with me. The only things that came with my Sony Vaio are two recovery disks. I tried running the first disk and it gives me option to repair the error. But the big question is, will running repair under System Recovery delete all my data on hard disk?

Please note that I have no partitions and both data and Vista are on the same drive. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Releasing trainers for games is roughly in the same vein as releasing fan-subs for video media.
In both cases, one should not be charged for these because most games, movies, etc are released with a Non-Commercial Derivative Works clause or similar. I.e. the entire reason why you can’t sell mods.
I’m fairly certain the only reason CH gets away with selling trainers without legal repercussion is because they don’t really “sell” the trainers but sell a membership with many features, just one of which is access to better/newer trainers.

Despite the fact that hey have conveniently exploited this membership-scheme as a legal loophole it is still ethically wrong.

Why not sell them for a dollar each individually to non members, of even easier to people like me who dont have the means (due to internet suspicious parents) to even spend a dollar on the internet, offer us 1 free trainer if we sign up? Its been done elsewhere many times, and they have DRM on their premium stuff so I don’t see why not.
